Studying the Effect of Changing Several Layers on the Performance of the Perovskite Solar Cell (CH3NH3PbI3) and Studying the Effect of Adding the Back Surface Filed layer to the Solar Cell Using the Simulation Program (SCAPS 1-D)

This research includes testing several different materials for each layer of the five-layer perovskite solar cell (CH3NH3PbI3) and choosing best material in order to obtain highest efficiency cell, as well studying effect both thickness absorption back surface field on performance using computer simulation program (SCAPS1-D), where was adopted an with a (1 µm), titanium dioxide (TiO2) selected from among window (0.05 Fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) number transparent conductive (0.1 buffer zinc (ZnO) (0.05µm) after selecting one structure four-layer became follows: (CH3NH3PbI3/TiO2/ZnO/FTO). The outputs were [Voc=1.263(V), Jsc=24.01 mA/cm2, FF=89.017%, ?=26.94%]. Finally, selected, which is telluride (ZnTe) mµ). (ZnTe /CH3NH3PbI3/TiO2/ZnO/FTO)). final output [Voc=1.288(V), Jsc=25.04mA/cm2, FF=89.54%, ?=28.88%].
